The Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul in Šiauliai is one of the finest Renaissance churches in Lithuania. Its elegant white tower, rising 70 meters and visible from across the city, has been a symbol of Šiauliai through centuries of conflict. The church was originally built in the 15th century, damaged and rebuilt multiple times, and extensively reconstructed after World War II devastation.
The current building represents a harmonious blend of Renaissance and Baroque elements, with a luminous interior featuring notable altars, paintings, and a historic organ.
